A U.S. Engineer Vs. An Indian/ Chinese/ Russian/Israeli/Irish or other Global Engineer?

The title of my post is not to offend engineers on either side since there are a good number of great engineers on both sides of the globe that are doing great things for the planet and humanity and not to mention China, Israel, Russia,Great Britain, Ireland etc. which are not ususally mentioned in the news. This is one of my favourite engineering websites that has a lot of good information on upcoming engineering technologies, engineering jobs and other issues facing engineers. It is very helpful to me as an engineer in keeping up with technologies, news and issues etc. Please read and comment if you like!
